Who we are and what we do
Daily Pun Wars is a DBA of Groan Men Productions, based in Washington and California (“Daily Pun Wars,” “us,” “we” or “our”). If you are resident in the EEA or Switzerland, Groan Men Productions is the responsible party with respect to Personal Data collected through the Services.
We are a company dedicated to bringing people entertainment through puns.
Daily Pun Wars offerings, services and products are available online through (a) the Daily Pun Wars website, and (b) on various private Facebook pages/groups (including, but not limited to, the Daily Pun Wars Facebook Page and Instagram Profile). They include, without limitation, pun content on the website and pun merchandise such as books and clothing items.
What information do we collect?
We collect information so that we can provide the best possible experience when you use our Services. Much of what you likely consider personal data is collected directly from you when you do one of the following:
